    • Experience in equipment maintenance and/or repair is required.

    • Experience in refrigeration and/or HVAC (EPA card) is preferred but not necessary.

    • Applicant must possess a strong technical/electrical aptitude and be able to read and follow wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and service manuals.

    • Knowledge and use of information technology such as computers, tablets and smartphones is a plus.

    • Service Technicians must be available for overtime and rotating on-call schedule.

Service Technician

  • As a Service Manager with SAM you will:

    • Leave from your home each work day in a Fully-Equipped Company Service Vehicle

    • Clearly and candidly interact with customers, technicians, and office staff in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

    • Lead technicians and provide support on service orders when needed

    • Handle issues arising from problematic service orders while communicating with business development and deescalating the situation.

    • Experience in equipment maintenance and/or repair is required.

    • High level of experience and training in hot/cold HVAC and refrigeration is required.

    • Applicant must possess a strong technical/electrical aptitude and be able to read and follow wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and service manuals.

    • Knowledge and use of information technology such as computers, tablets and smartphones is a plus.

    • Service Managers must be available for overtime and rotating on-call schedule.

Service Manager

MACON

  • The Projects Lead Installer is responsible for installation and activation of commercial food cooking and preparation equipment, refrigeration, ventilation/exhaust hoods and air conditioning, as well as the removal of old systems. Applicants will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining equipment critical to projects operations.

    Work sites include, but are not limited to, restaurants, schools, correction facilities, processing plants, supermarkets, and convenience stores.

    Lead Installers must be self-motivated individuals with a strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively with a team, who may need to be trained on installs and equipment.

    They are also required to interact with customers, dispatchers, and manufacturer tech support representatives in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

    • 3-5 years experience in HVACR trade.

    • Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVACR (EPA card) is required.

    • Applicant must possess a strong technical/electrical aptitude and be able to read and follow wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and service manuals.

    • Applicants must know how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature

    • Applicants must possess a strong understanding of refrigerant cycles.

    • Knowledge and use of information technology, such as computers, tablets, and smartphones, is a plus.

    • Project Lead Installers must be available for overtime, which may include optional weekend projects.

    • Applicants must be able to provide their own hand tools.

    • Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, EPA certification, and a good driving record.

    • Prospective employees must pass a drug-screening before hiring. SAM Service, Inc. employees must submit to random drug screening.

    • Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, and/or kneel continually.

    • Ability to lift items weighing up to 100lbs. safely.
